PAYMENT
When you place a kit order, you pay a 25% deposit and save your card through Square, our secure payment processor. The rest is charged to that card when your order ships or is ready for pickup.
CANCELLATIONS
• Spring orders: cancel by April 15 for a full refund, including your deposit.
• Fall orders: cancel by August 15 for a full refund, including your deposit.
• After these dates, your 25% deposit is non-refundable, because your plants are already being grown for you.

SUBSTITUTIONS
If a species in your order fails in the greenhouse or sells out, we may substitute a suitable native species for the same growing conditions without notice.
SHIPPING & PICKUP
• We ship within Wisconsin only.
• Spring orders ship in mid-May; fall orders ship in September. We'll email you before your order ships.
• We ship Monday–Wednesday so plants aren't in transit over a weekend.
• Shipping: $29 for the first kit, $15 for each additional kit. Pickup is free.
• Open your box right away, water your plants and plant them as soon as you can.
PLANT GUARANTEE
• We guarantee our plants are true to name and arrive in good condition.
• Plugs and potted plants should be healthy on arrival and establish after planting. If they don't, email us with photos, your site conditions and care within 60 days of delivery.
• If approved, we'll first try to send a replacement the same season. If the season has closed, we'll send the same species the next season or issue store credit (excluding shipping and tax).
• We can't guarantee growth after planting. Losses from placement, weather, care or animals aren't covered, and plants moved into containers aren't covered.
• Replacements are a one-time offer; failed replacements aren't replaced again.
• Our liability is limited to the price of the plants purchased. Shipped plants are non-returnable.
PRIVACY
• We collect your name, email, phone and address only to fill orders, answer questions and send updates you sign up for.
• We never sell or share your information. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
• To unsubscribe from emails, click "unsubscribe" in any email or contact us.
