Salvia azurea
Blue Sage’s beautiful blue color is much appreciated in the late summer as it contrasts nicely with yellow goldenrods and purple asters that are so ubiquitous that time of the year!  Blue Sage prefers full to part sun, average to dry soil, and it is usually about 4’ tall.  Blue Sage is best planted with other tall plants for support.
