Tradescantia bracteata
Prairie Spiderwort prefers full sun and average to dry, well-drained soil.   It has showy light purple flowers from May-June that offer pollen to a variety of pollinators.  Prairie Spiderwort is about 2’ tall and is a wonderful addition to any garden! Spreads slowly by rhizomes.
